Our client, a global leader in engineering and design, is seeking a Civil Leader to head their Land Development practice in Downtown Los Angeles. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape transformative urban development projects while mentoring a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of complex land development projects.
- Oversee project teams and ensure technical excellence and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and public agencies.
- Drive innovation and sustainability in project solutions.
- Support business development and proposal efforts.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and project managers.
Qualifications:
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering (required).
- P.E. license (required).
- 10+ years of experience in land development or site civil engineering.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Expertise in Civil 3D and related design tools.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
