Client Business Development Leader
A client of mine is currently seeking a Client Business Development Leader to spearhead their Kansas and Missouri transportation practice. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with a high-performing team to expand our transportation footprint across the region.
As a key leader, you'll drive client engagement, represent the firm on transportation boards and industry organizations, and serve as a visible and influential presence both within your office and across the company.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license in Missouri
- Project Management and Business Development experience within transportation engineering
Your Role:
- Drive Strategic Growth: Cultivate new business opportunities and nurture high-value client relationships across the greater Kansas/Missouri market.
- Lead High-Impact Teams: Assemble and guide multidisciplinary client teams-including project managers, technical experts, national leaders, and emerging talent-to develop strategic capture plans, compelling proposals, and winning presentations.
- Shape Regional Strategy: Play a central role in growth strategy for Kansas and Missouri, while also contributing to broader initiatives within the West Transportation Group.
- Deliver Technical Excellence: Serve as a technical or project lead on high-profile, strategically significant projects, bringing expertise and leadership to every phase.
- Engage with the Industry: Maintain an active presence in professional organizations and societies where current and prospective clients are involved, strengthening visibility and influence.
