Client Service Leader - Water/Wastewater - Boston
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)
- Minimum of 15 years of related professional experience
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally, based on project needs
- Must be able to successfully complete all required background checks (including but not limited to criminal, employment, education, licensure, credit, and motor vehicle reports if applicable)
- Drug screening may be required during the hiring process or employment, depending on project/client requirements
- A prior conviction does not automatically disqualify applicants; all candidates are considered on a case-by-case basis
Compensation & Benefits
- Discretionary bonuses may be available based on performance and position

Role Overview
This leadership role is focused on expanding and managing water, wastewater, and environmental services across the New England region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, overseeing financial and technical performance of projects, and executing strategic business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies to grow market presence and build new client relationships
- Align regional business development efforts with broader company goals
- Manage project financials across a portfolio of key clients
- Serve as a visible representative of the firm through participation in professional and industry organizations
- Build and lead multi-disciplinary teams tailored to meet client expectations and project goals
- Lead proposal development and client presentations
- Apply the firm's sales methodologies and tools to manage opportunities effectively
- Lead negotiations with clients, teaming partners, and subcontractors
- Contribute technical insight and guidance in project planning and execution
- Support projects directly and meet target billable hours
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals from both existing and new client accounts
- Monitor and manage business development budgets
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and other regional leaders to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Follow established business practices and standards
- Participate in internal training programs to build and maintain required certifications within the first six months
- Model and uphold company values in all professional activities
