We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Scheduler to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of complex industrial and mission-critical projects such as data centers, manufacturing facilities, and high-security infrastructure. This is a pivotal role that ensures our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather input and validate schedule logic.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, look-aheads, and critical path analyses to stakeholders.
  • Support earned value management and resource loading where required.
  • Ensure alignment with contractual milestones and client expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a scheduler on industrial or mission-critical construction projects (e.g., data centers, pharmaceutical, energy, or manufacturing).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
