We're a small, tight-knit team of about 30 professionals who believe in working hard, having fun, and delivering exceptional results. Unlike larger firms that outsource overseas, everything here is done in-house (engineering, design, programming, and graphics). This allows Project Managers to be hands-on from start to finish, supported through every stage of the projects.
The Role
Looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of projects from kickoff to completion. You'll manage new construction and retrofit projects across commercial offices, retail spaces, schools, and energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects locally and across multiple states nationally (New England, Florida, Texas, and more).
- Opportunity for out of state travel.
- Oversee scheduling, financials, and coordination with internal teams.
- Handle change orders.
- Collaborate on monthly and quarterly billing cycles.
- Ensure smooth execution once projects are underway.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Project Management experience (preferably in construction or BAS).
- Comfortable with travel and field work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team player who enjoys a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck culture.
