Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cultural resource investigations, including field surveys, site evaluations, and construction monitoring.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, environmental documents, and regulatory compliance materials.
  • Coordinate with clients, agencies, tribal representatives, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and training.
  • Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cultural resource management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CEQA, NEPA, NHPA Section 106, and other relevant regulations.
  • Experience working in California's diverse cultural and environmental landscapes.
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel for fieldwork as needed.
