Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cultural resource investigations, including field surveys, site evaluations, and construction monitoring.
- Prepare and review technical reports, environmental documents, and regulatory compliance materials.
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, tribal representatives, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and training.
- Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cultural resource management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of CEQA, NEPA, NHPA Section 106, and other relevant regulations.
- Experience working in California's diverse cultural and environmental landscapes.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel for fieldwork as needed.
