Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Market Leadership
- Lead the expansion of geotechnical operations across Florida, including launching new offices and building regional teams.
- Develop and execute growth strategies that align with national and global objectives.
- Position the firm competitively against major players through innovative service offerings and client engagement.
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Provide executive oversight of regional operations, ensuring delivery excellence and profitability.
- Manage and grow Florida operations, with full accountability for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives across teams and projects.
Client & Business Development
- Leverage an existing book of business to deepen client relationships and secure new contracts.
- Lead high-level client engagements, proposal development, and contract negotiations.

Team Leadership & Culture Building

- 15+ years in geotechnical engineering or infrastructure consulting, with executive-level experience.
- Proven success managing $10M+ P&L and scaling operations.
- Strong network and client relationships in the Florida market.
