The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned and entrepreneurial Director to support our Valuation practice in the Minneapolis region. This role is ideal for a professional with deep technical expertise and a strong network in the legal and corporate communities. With existing work already avaliable to take on, you will not have the expectation to have a book of business, however, this would be a benifit. This opportunity will lead into building your own book of business or continue to grow your existing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead valuation complex matters.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with attorneys, corporate clients, and referral sources in the Minneapolis area.
- Drive business development efforts to generate revenue.
- Mentor and manage a team of analysts and consultants.
Qualifications
- CPA, ABV, ASA, CVA, or equivalent valuation credentials required.
- At least 10 years of experience in business valuation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and practice growth.
