Position Summary:
The electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Superintendent to oversee and lead complex K-12 construction projects. This role involves managing a team of 5 Superintendents and approximately 100 electricians, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise multiple electrical crews and superintendents on large-scale K-12 projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Mentor and develop team members for future leadership roles.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Superintendent with an Electrical Contractor.
- Proven experience managing large K-12 projects ($5M-$70M).
- Ability to lead large teams (100+ electricians).
- Master Electrician License or Journeyman License required.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to Midland, TX.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 (based on experience).
- Housing: $2,000/month allowance or company-arranged accommodation.
- Travel: 2 paid flights home annually.
- Vehicle: $1,000/month truck allowance + fuel card (Amex).
