Salary: $140,00 - $200,000

A global provider of sustainable technology solutions tailored to the utility industry is seeking a tenured Field Operations professional to lead and grow a global Operations and Maintenance (O&M) business focused on sustainable technology solutions. The company specializes in water, wastewater, air, and solids treatment systems, offering both temporary and long-term managed care services. The position centers on developing strategy, managing execution, and driving market expansion across water, wastewater, air, and solids treatment systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Field Operations to deliver high-performance, safe, and cost-effective solutions. The role includes oversight of mobile systems, temporary and long-term managed care offerings, and supports a Design, Build, Own, Operate model. Ideal candidates will bring entrepreneurial energy, leadership experience, and a passion for environmental innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the vision for revenue and market share growth in the O&M business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners to develop a competitive execution model.
  • Lead strategic planning and ensure alignment across sales and engineering teams.
  • Manage personnel and operations to meet safety, performance, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for operators and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, MBA beneficial
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing industrial O&M operations in water/wastewater.
  • Background in continuous improvement, lean methodologies, or process development.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with broad experience across sales, marketing, and operations.
