Forensic, Litigation, Valuation Manager
A respected regional advisory firm is seeking a highly capable Manager to join its Forensic, Litigation & Valuation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex financial matters, with a particular focus on matrimonial litigation and valuation, including asset tracing, business valuations, and income analysis for divorce proceedings.
The firm supports attorneys and clients through all phases of litigation, providing expert financial insight and defensible analysis in high-stakes disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead forensic accounting and valuation engagements, with a strong emphasis on matrimonial cases.
- Analyze financial records, trace assets, and assess income for equitable distribution and support calculations.
- Prepare expert reports and provide litigation support, including deposition and trial preparation.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with legal teams to deliver strategic insights.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.
Qualifications
- CPA, ABV, ASA, CFE, or similar designation preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in forensic accounting, litigation support, or valuation services.
- Demonstrated expertise in matrimonial litigation, including business valuation and income analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Experience working with attorneys and understanding of family law proceedings.
