General Superintendent (Reconstruction)

LVI are partnered with a growing exterior restoration company with a strong presence across the Southeastern United States. Known for their commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, they specialize in small-large scale commercial exterior restoration and Reconstruction projects.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned General Superintendent to oversee multiple large scale reconstruction projects across the Southeast. This leadership role is critical to ensuring our projects are executed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep experience in exterior restoration, team leadership, and multi-site project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage field operations across multiple job sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Mentor and develop site superintendents and foremen.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Resolve field issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, ideally with experience with exterior / reconstruction projects such as concrete restoration, facade repairs, waterproofing, etc.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site projects.
- Strong knowledge of façade restoration, waterproofing, masonry, and scaffolding systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the Southeast region.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
