Key Responsibilities:
- Lead geotechnical projects from proposal through delivery, managing budgets, client relationships, and project performance.
- Perform geotechnical analyses and prepare technical reports, providing recommendations across a variety of projects.
- Oversee field investigations, drilling operations, soil classification, and review field data to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Resolve field-related challenges while supporting and mentoring junior engineers and field staff.
Key Requirements:
- BA Civil Engineering, MA Geotechnical preferred.
- PE in Illinois (additional states a plus)
- 5+ years in geotechnical engineering with proven leadership experience.
- Strong communication, exceptional report writing, and a growth oriented mindset.
