About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Regional Lead to oversee and grow geotechnical operations across a dynamic region. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage complex, high-impact infrastructure projects that improve communities and address environmental and economic challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage geotechnical teams and projects across multiple offices.
- Drive technical excellence and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients on transportation, water, commercial, and government projects.
- Support business development and strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10+ years of geotechnical experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
