Role Overview

The Head of Corporate Affairs will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance the company's reputation and support its business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead public communications and education efforts to support business growth and brand positioning.

  • Develop and execute strategic messaging that resonates with industry partners, government agencies, and the public.

  • Build relationships with media, government officials, NGOs, and business leaders to enhance the company's visibility and credibility.

  • Oversee public affairs campaigns, stakeholder outreach, and corporate branding efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).

  • Exceptional communication skills-ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.

  • Strong experience in public relations, corporate communications, or stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to manage cross-cultural communications in an international business setting.

  • Interest in environmental or energy issues (prior industry experience is beneficial but not required).

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex topics and shape public perception.

  • Proven track record in media relations, government affairs, or public education initiatives.
