Job Title: Land Development, Project Manager
Location: Oklahoma City or Tulsa

Salary: $110,000-$180,000
LVI is seeking a highly motivated land development project manager who is either based in Oklahoma City or Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the land development field, where they will have experience in planning, designing, and executing land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
This role involved working closely with architects, surveyors, and municipal agencies to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, sustainably and in compliance with the local regulations.
Requirements:
- Professional Engineer License in the state of Oklahoma
- BSc in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in land development - residential, commercial, mixed-use, or industrial development.
- Strong understanding of land development processes, including permitting, zoning, site planning, and infrastructure design.
- Experience in grading, site design, roadway design, sewer systems, stormwater management, erosion control, sediment control, and Civil 3D.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Brief Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of land projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, roads, and infrastructure systems.
- Develop conceptual and final design plans for residential, commercial, and industrial land development, ensuring alignment with client needs and zoning regulations.
- Utilize civil engineering software, e.g, AUTOCAD, Civil 3D, to produce accurate site plans and project design.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and application for zoning, land use, and environmental permits.
- Ensure design and development plans comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of land development projects from conception through construction, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare project schedules, manage resources, and track progress to meet deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve any issues.
