What You'll Do
- Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across civil engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, and environmental services
- Build strong client relationships and ensure project goals are met with excellence
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of innovation and growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in land development project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Licensed PE preferred (or ability to obtain)
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- Passion for sustainable, community-focused design
- Excellent communication skills
