Landscape Architect, PLA
LVI is working with a full-service consultancy firm that provides land planning, civil and environmental engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying to both public and private sectors.
This firm is seeking an experienced and licensed professional landscape architect to join them in their Maryland office. This opportunity will provide them to work on impactful projects that support municipalities, counties, and public agencies across the region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture
- Registered PLA/RLA required
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in site planning and landscape architectural design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral presentation abilities
- Experience with grading plans preferred-please include relevant samples in your portfolio
Brief overview of what you'll do:
- Manage and contribute to the planning and design of public sector projects.
- Prepare and review design drawings and plans.
- Attend and present at client and agency meetings.
- Lead environmental site assessment.
- Oversee agency submittal and approvals.
- Mentor junior staff and work alongside other team members.
