The Role

As Project Manager, you'll oversee land development projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance. You'll lead client coordination, manage multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers. This position offers flexibility, including a hybrid schedule, and the chance to work in an environment that values collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial and residential land development projects from planning through permitting and construction.
  • Lead site design efforts, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
  • Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, leveraging internal and external leadership resources.
  • Support business development and client relationship management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in land development/site design.
  • PE license in Texas required
  • Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.
