Manager - Valuation Services (Energy & Infrastructure)

A global advisory firm is seeking a Manager to join its Valuation Services team, with a focus on the Energy & Infrastructure sector. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in financial analysis and valuation methodologies, particularly within power, utilities, renewables, transport, and broader infrastructure assets. The successful candidate will lead client engagements and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in a dynamic and evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, transaction advisory, and strategic planning, with a focus on energy and infrastructure assets.
• Develop and review complex financial models including discounted cash flow (DCF), regulatory asset base (RAB), market multiples, and real options.
• Prepare and present valuation reports and findings to clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other service lines including M&A, tax, and audit to deliver integrated solutions tailored to the sector.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through excellent service delivery and industry expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional designation (e.g., CFA, ASA, CPA) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in valuation, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, ideally with exposure to energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Strong technical proficiency in valuation techniques and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead multiple engagements simultaneously.
