About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex mechanical construction projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, process piping, You'll be joining a nationally recognized mechanical contractor known for its innovative solutions, operational consistency, and commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle project management from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee mechanical scopes including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and controls.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and prefabrication teams to optimize project execution.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Monitor project financials, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical contracting, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale mechanical projects (e.g., stadiums, hospitals, data centers).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
