Job Title: National Sales Lead
Location: Australia (Remote or Hybrid options available)
Reports to: Regional Director / Country Manager

Role Overview
A fast-growing international provider of digital infrastructure solutions is seeking a National Sales Lead to drive strategic growth across Australia. This role will focus on expanding market presence with water authorities, mining and resources, and tailings & dam management clients. The successful candidate will be proactive, independent, and goal-oriented, thriving in a lean, agile environment with minimal hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy tailored to the water and resources sectors.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in water utilities, government agencies, and mining companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, partnerships, and strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and regional strategy.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within the water, environmental, or mining sectors.
  • Strong network across Australian water authorities, mining companies, or government agencies.
  • Experience selling technology-driven solutions (e.g., SaaS, IoT, AI, digital infrastructure).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.


Desirable

  • Technical understanding of hydrometric networks, dam monitoring, or environmental data systems.
  • Experience with government procurement or public sector sales.
  • Background in engineering, environmental science, or data analytics.
