I'm currently partnered with a leading national advisory firm that's actively expanding its valuation and litigation support practice in the Carolinas. They're seeking a Partner-level hire to spearhead growth in the region, with a focus on high-value engagements and long-term client relationships.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior valuation professional who has consistently originated $1.5M+ in annual revenue and is ready to take ownership of a regional practice. You'll be joining a firm that combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the firm's presence in the Carolinas across business valuation and litigation support.
- Originate and manage complex engagements involving dispute resolution, economic damages, shareholder disputes, and more.
- Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, corporate clients, and referral sources.
- Mentor junior professionals and contribute to national practice development.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of experience in business valuation and litigation support.
- Proven track record of revenue generation ($1.5M+ annually).
- Strong network across legal and corporate communities in the Carolinas.
- Credentials such as ASA, CFA, CPA/ABV, or CVA preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and lead.
