I'm working with a client in Washington County that is seeking a licensed Professional Land Surveyor to lead and perform land surveys for property boundaries, development projects, and legal documentation in the Tigard area.
Key Duties:
Conduct boundary and topographic surveys
Prepare legal descriptions and survey maps
Supervise field crews and ensure quality control
Research land records and resolve boundary issues
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and agencies
Ensure compliance with state and local survey laws
Qualifications:
Oregon Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
5+ years of experience (2+ years in a lead or supervisory role)
Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS/GIS tools, and legal research
Valid Oregon driver's license
