Project Architect/Project Manager

Position Summary:

This well established firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect / Project Manager to lead and manage the design and delivery of complex, large-scale technical projects. The opportunity to work with a leading architecture and design firm with a user centered approach and deep technical experience. This role is ideal for a licensed architect or a candidate on the path to licensure, with strong proficiency in Revit and a proven track record in commercial, healthcare, data center, or similarly demanding project types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design and documentation from concept through construction administration.
  • Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure design integrity and technical excellence.
  • Oversee production of high-quality construction documents using Revit.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Facilitate project delivery strategies including BIM coordination, phasing, and permitting.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in architecture and project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial, healthcare, data center, or other complex technical projects.
  • Expert level proficiency in Revit; familiarity with other design and visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and technical detailing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LEED or other sustainability frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methods such as Design-Build or IPD.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
