This role offers the opportunity to lead high-performing technical teams, mentor engineers, strengthen client relationships, and oversee the successful execution of major water and wastewater programs. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions for municipalities and utilities across a rapidly growing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage water and wastewater engineering teams across multiple projects and clients.
- Oversee project delivery, including scopes, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients and utility stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership for treatment facilities, pump stations, conveyance systems, utility improvements, and master planning initiatives.
- Mentor and develop engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
- Support business development activities, client engagement, proposal development, and project interviews.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and managing complex municipal infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of water treatment, wastewater treatment, collection systems, distribution systems, and utility infrastructure.
- Proven client management and business development experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
