Project Engineering Manager - Water/Wastewater

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water and wastewater engineering teams across multiple projects and clients.
• Oversee project delivery, including scopes, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients and utility stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership for treatment facilities, pump stations, conveyance systems, utility improvements, and master planning initiatives.
• Mentor and develop engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
• Support business development activities, client engagement, proposal development, and project interviews.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and managing complex municipal infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of water treatment, wastewater treatment, collection systems, distribution systems, and utility infrastructure.
• Proven client management and business development experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
