A well-established, employee owned firm in Irvine is looking for a Project Manager to lead a team of junior engineers and designers on site development projects.This firm has been rapidly growing with 5 offices across SoCal, with services offering site development, stormwater management, water quality, and surveying.

What You'll Do:

  • Define design criteria and deliver effective, high-quality designs.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and manage plan processing with public agencies.
  • Contribute to marketing, business development, and pursuit of new projects.
  • Handle administrative and financial tasks including invoicing, proposals, change orders, and timecard approvals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) and 10+ years of civil engineering design experience.
  • Minimum 3 years leading project workflows, mentoring team members, and serving as the central design authority.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage land development projects from entitlements through construction support.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
