Project Manager- Overhead Distribution

As a Project Manager, you'll lead multiple construction projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with clients and manage teams that include Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews. Projects range in size from under $1 million to $25 million, and your focus will be on delivering them safely, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
  • Lead and support your project team, providing clear direction and leadership.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams through planning and design meetings.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Review and manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, submittals, and change orders.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure work meets specifications and safety regulations.
  • Track project performance and report on key milestones and financials.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in overhead utility distribution.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Primavera.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA safety training is a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
