ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a traveling position, requiring 100% travel to project sites across various states. Candidates must be flexible and willing to relocate as needed based on project demands.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, manage high-performing teams, and ensure successful planning, execution, and financial performance. You'll apply best practices aligned with our core values: safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence.
ABOUT YOU
You bring strong leadership and project management skills, with a deep understanding of estimating, cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, and productivity tracking. Experience working with union labor, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreements is preferred. You're passionate about team development and committed to delivering quality results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in renewable energy; PV experience preferred.
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving history.
