A well-established commercial roofing contractor is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join their team. The company specializes in delivering high-quality roofing solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients, with a strong focus on safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of commercial roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of roofing projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout.
  • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance through regular site visits and reporting.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation.
  • Handle change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other project-related paperwork.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear and consistent communication.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the commercial roofing or construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, and BUR.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
