Key Responsibilities:
- Manage building enclosure projects from concept through completion, ensuring technical excellence, budget control, and timely delivery.
- Provide technical oversight across all phases of design and construction, including façade systems, roofing, waterproofing, and more.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
- Meet regularly with clients to understand project goals, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering professional development and technical growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- IIBEC credentials (e.g., RRO, RRC, REWC) preferred.
- Proven experience in building enclosure design and consulting.
- Strong background in project management and client coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
