LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER | WINSTON-SALEM, NC | Up to $190k
LVI Associates have partnerned with a well-established, award-winning engineering firm in Winston-salem, who are looking for talented project managers to join their fast-growing team. You'll lead the site/civil department, working on projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors across the South East!
What you need for this position
  • Minimum of 6+ years of direct experience in Land Development design.
  • Experience with civil engineering project management, including creating & management of scopes, schedules & budgets.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related degree.
  • North Carolina PE License is required.
  • Excellent organization, written & communication skills.
  • Ability to manage clients, projects, staff & work in a team environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office products, knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio. Experience with Newforma & EPANet 2.2 is preferred.
