About the Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of geotechnical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. You'll work closely with clients, engineers, and field teams to deliver innovative solutions in deep foundations, excavation support, and ground improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of geotechnical projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service.
- Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing geotechnical construction projects.
- Expertise in deep foundations, excavation support systems, and ground improvement techniques.
- Strong understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (preferred).
