Project Manager
Our client, a nationally recognized civil engineering consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Los Angeles office. The firm is known for delivering sustainable and innovative design solutions across urban infrastructure, campus planning, and land development projects. Currently, the LA office operates at approximately $3 million in annual revenue, and the goal is to grow to $10 million over the next few years. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels in managing complex projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $130,000-$160,000, with potential for equity compensation
- 9/80 work schedule (alternate Fridays off) and hybrid flexibility

Key Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Southern California permitting processes and agency coordination
