Our Dallas office is seeking a skilled and motivated Stormwater Project Manager to lead stormwater and water resources projects throughout Texas and across the country. This role is ideal for a technically strong, client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative national practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stormwater and water resources projects from concept through construction
- Develop project scopes, proposals, fee estimates, and schedules
- Lead hydrologic and hydraulic modelling and design work
- Perform technical reviews and uphold internal QA/QC procedures
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm's national network
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local stormwater regulations
- Mentor and support junior and intermediate engineering staff
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering
- 5+ years of stormwater or water resources engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one (preferred)
- Proficiency with stormwater modelling tools such as SWMM, HEC‑RAS, HEC‑HMS
- Proven experience managing projects, budgets, and client relationships
- Strong communication and leadership skills
