About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager (Service) to lead and grow our service business in Japan. This role is pivotal in driving double-digit growth through innovative service offerings, team leadership, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, technically proficient in power systems and digital energy, and passionate about expanding service solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service sales team in Japan, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand service offerings and penetrate new markets.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term service contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing) to tailor solutions for Japanese clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in power systems, UPS, or digital energy.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both Japanese and English.
  • Experience working in an international MNC environment is highly desirable.
