- Ability to conduct fieldwork, diagnose failures, and develop practical solutions
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
- Professional licensure (PE, RA) or progress toward licensure is a plus
