Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000 annually
A well-established multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and grow its civil engineering practice in the Seattle area. This is a full-time position offering leadership opportunities, client engagement, and the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing land development projects, coordinating across disciplines, and mentoring junior staff. You'll play a key role in business development, proposal writing, and client engagement, while also contributing to technical design and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil engineering design for land development projects
- Manage site layouts, grading, stormwater systems, utilities, and permitting
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants
- Support business development and proposal efforts
- Mentor and grow a team of civil engineers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development
- Strong project management and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
- Experience with public utility design and local permitting processes preferred
- Prior experience as a prime consultant is a plus
