What You'll Do
- Drive Results: Lead the design and optimization of advanced electrical systems, including power distribution and sustainable energy solutions.
- Deliver Excellence: Oversee engineering documentation with precision, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical analysis tools to model and document sophisticated systems.
- Lead Construction Support: Provide expert guidance during construction phases, including field inspections, RFIs, and code reviews.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with internal teams and clients to define scopes, schedules, and budgets for large-scale projects.
- Strategize & Analyze: Evaluate feasibility, risks, and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Mentor & Grow: Support junior engineers through coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- 10+ years of engineering experience post-graduation or with licensure
- Expertise in power quality, system reliability, and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical analysis software
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and compliance processes
- Proven leadership in interdisciplinary collaboration and client engagement
- Exceptional communication and mentoring skills
