A nationally recognized engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week onsite, offering the opportunity to lead impactful projects while mentoring a talented team of engineers. What You'll Do:
Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction
Supervise and mentor junior staff in both technical and career development
Coordinate with in-house disciplines and external stakeholders
Interface directly with clients to ensure project success
Manage project schedules, deliverables, and quality standards
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
What They're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
PE license required
10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment
Proven success managing projects and leading teams
Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems and parallel disciplines
Excellent communication and leadership skills
