Senior Project Architect
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to join an innovative and reputable Architecture Design firm in the Milwaukee area. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record contributing to, and leading, teams of Architectural Designers and Project Architects in collaboration with Project Managers, external consultants, and key stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, developing both design and technical strategies.
- Create comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, development plans, and construction drawings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure integrated and coordinated project execution.
- Provide technical direction to align project outcomes with design intent and performance goals.
- Stay current with building technologies and maintain strong proficiency in Revit and modeling standards.
- Oversee construction administration tasks, including RFIs, change orders, and compliance reviews.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout all project phases, supporting presentations and business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of working experience completing projects through construction
- Project background preferred: Education, Civic, Multi-family Residential, Corporate Office, or Community
- Proficiencies in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup
- Bachelor degree in Architecture
- Architectural Registration in Wisconsin heavily preferred
