Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of landmark billion-dollar construction projects in Japan

What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in managing large-scale high-rise construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of Japanese construction regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes
- Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred
