What You'll Be Doing
- Manage geotechnical construction projects with a focus on soil nail systems, shotcrete, drilled shafts, and micropiles.
- Lead field operations with 50% on-site presence.
- Collaborate with long-term clients and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Train and mentor junior PMs, with a clear path to Director within 2+ years.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in Geotechnical Construction.
- Training & Mentoring experience.
BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (PMP preferred). - Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel and get hands-on in the field.
