Senior Project Manager
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned electrical construction projects.
- Lead bidding and preconstruction efforts, including contractor selection and negotiations.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking to ensure timely and profitable completion.
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, including Superintendents and Foremen.
- Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage large commercial or data center projects valued at $20M+.
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and multitasking skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 10 years managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
- Strong preference for experience in commercial, data center, or mission-critical environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading project teams and managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
