Position Overview:
The Senior Project Manager leads all phases of large-scale electrical construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety, while maintaining strong client relationships and full compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned electrical construction projects.
  • Lead bidding and preconstruction efforts, including contractor selection and negotiations.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking to ensure timely and profitable completion.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Supervise and mentor project teams, including Superintendents and Foremen.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage large commercial or data center projects valued at $20M+.
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and multitasking skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Licensing Requirements:
  • Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred but not required.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
  • Strong preference for experience in commercial, data center, or mission-critical environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading project teams and managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
