About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of a wide range of structural engineering projects, with a strong emphasis on K-12 educational facilities, seismic retrofitting, and mission-critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support structural design efforts from concept through construction.
- Perform structural analysis and prepare design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction administration.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentorship of junior staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
- Experience with K-12 educational projects is a preference.
- Exposure to seismic retrofitting design and mission-critical facilities.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, Revit).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
