Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structural design and delivery on complex projects from start to finish
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices

Requirements:
- PE license
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, etc.)
- Experience in new construction is essential; restoration experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
