We are seeking a Staff Environmental Scientist to support environmental investigation and remediation projects across diverse sectors, including utilities, manufacturing, energy, and more. This role offers challenging work, project variety, and the opportunity to apply advanced technologies in environmental remediation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare environmental investigation work plans, reports, and feasibility studies.
- Manage field activities, subcontractors, and project tasks.
- Conduct environmental site assessments, including soil and groundwater sampling, air/vapor monitoring, and well installation.
- Assist with remediation system design, installation, and operation.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in environmental investigations and remediation
- Proficiency in field monitoring, sampling, and hydrogeologic investigations.
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification required.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PFAS and CCR investigations preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Compensation: $90,000-$135,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
