We're working with a full-service structural engineering consulting firm, with decades of experience and a team of highly skilled professionals, they specialize in forensic engineering, repair restoration and building enclosure consulting. Providing comprehensive building and construction services and analyses for clients across the Southeast and nationwide, they have now become established leaders across the region and are looking to continue their year-on-year growth.
You will spend your time working on a wide variety of projects including commercial structures, high rise buildings and stadiums, investigating the root cause of failures within the structure. In addition to analyzing failures, you will also work with a multi-discplinary team repairing and restoring damaged structures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct structural analysis and design for various building projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Perform forensic investigations to identify building failures and provide expert testimony.
- Design and consult on building envelopes to ensure structural integrity and energy efficiency.
- Provide civil, structural, and mechanical engineering services to support construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
