Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis for buildings and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and creativity.
- Develop construction documents, specifications, and technical reports with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Conduct site visits, structural assessments, and provide construction phase support.
- Prepare reports, designs and drawings.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and quality standards.
- Stay current with building codes, materials, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- PE licensed in the US
- 6+ years of experience in structural engineering, across commercial, industrial and institutional projects
- Proficiency in structural analysis tools (e.g., RISA, Bluebeam and Revit).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
