A leading national builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations for a $1B+ hyperscale data center project in Atlanta. This project is the first in a multi‑year development program with a major global technology client, positioning this role at the forefront of one of the region's most impactful construction pipelines.
This is a high‑visibility position with a clear advancement track toward Director‑level leadership as additional mission‑critical projects come online.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day field operations for a large‑scale hyperscale data center.
- Drive on‑site safety, coordination, and adherence to industry‑leading standards.
- Oversee construction sequencing, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Manage comprehensive MEP coordination, integration, and quality assurance.
