About the Opportunity

A leading national builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations for a $1B+ hyperscale data center project in Atlanta. This project is the first in a multi‑year development program with a major global technology client, positioning this role at the forefront of one of the region's most impactful construction pipelines.

This is a high‑visibility position with a clear advancement track toward Director‑level leadership as additional mission‑critical projects come online.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day‑to‑day field operations for a large‑scale hyperscale data center.
  • Drive on‑site safety, coordination, and adherence to industry‑leading standards.
  • Oversee construction sequencing, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Manage comprehensive MEP coordination, integration, and quality assurance.
  • Provide hands‑on subcontractor oversight, including performance management and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with project management, engineering partners, and client stakeholders.
  • Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven background as a Superintendent on large, complex commercial or mission‑critical builds.
  • Data center experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong field leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in data center construction and critical systems integration.
